After your project

We're your IT person, not your IT department.

We don't run your systems day to day or lock you into a monthly plan. When you need us again, call us and we bill hourly, or buy a prepaid block for past clients: 5 hours for $650, used any time within 90 days.

Scope and price. Every project starts with a written scope and price you approve. Changes are quoted in writing before any extra work.

Payment. Projects under $1,000 are paid when you approve the scope. Projects of $1,000 or more are 50% at approval and 50% at handoff. Hourly work is invoiced when it's done. Microsoft 365 and backup licenses are billed separately.

Scheduling and guarantee. Work is scheduled with you, often evenings or weekends so your office isn't interrupted. Projects don't include emergency or after-hours on-call support. Anything we configure is fixed free for 30 days after handoff.
